I bought a UPlay key for Anno 1800 but received a key for Anno 2205. I immediately contacted the support by opening a ticket. They ignored me and did not respond to my ticket. I contacted the seller using the feedback function. He also ignored me.
I opened a dispute with PayPal and hope they will give me my money back.
This site is a scam! DO NOT BUY HERE!
I bought an ESET Internet Security license from them for two years, after three months the license stopped going through claiming the license already in used. After an inquiry it turns out the license is registered on other computer.
I was able to contact with the owner and he told me they sold me a stolen license.
I opened inquiries about the issue in their customer service. For now, they are not answering.

**After Kinguins response, I still have the money drawn from my account even though they refuse to acknowledge it, its clear on my specification.
2 days ago I bought a season pass but the order was processed for more than 1 day and a half and then it was canceled. I don't have a season pass, I don't have the money back and I don't even have an answer on the ticket I sent 2 days ago.

After writing this review the Kinguin team finally listened to me and was able to refund my money in the form of EurBalance. after that I bought another game and it worked perfectly. so ... I'll keep using it with a little more care xD. P.S: Sorry Team Kinguin for forgetting to write this
STAY AWAY. Order stuck on processing. No Customer support. Not sure if I will be charged or not, don't want to purchase the game elseware and be stuck with two keys. Customer service is terrible. PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THIS GODAWFUL SITE
